I need a clean, responsive portfolio site built from the ground up that lets my work—and my clients—do the talking. The core requirement is a dedicated “Client Testimonials” section that is easy for me to update as new feedback comes in. Everything should load quickly, look great on mobile and desktop, and be simple for a non-developer to maintain.
