Portal update

We have a portal for our website. It's used almost exclusively internally. It's design is nearly complete, but there are just a few remaining bits and pieces.

1) Automatic billing
-At 7:00 AM on the 1st of each month, automatically bill all customers through Stripe
-If the credit card that we have on file is declined, automatically send a stock email to the customer and our
Finance department

2) Equifax
-When a new contract is created by Finance, automatically send the customer the contract by email through
Docusign.
-When Docusign returns a signed document, automatically check the customer's credit score through
Equifax
-Send an email to Finance with the credit score, and indicating whether the contract is approved or not. The
contract will be approved if the credit score is above a certain threshold

3) Add two more text boxes
-In the "Contract List" page, when you click "Edit", remove the "Trial Period" and replace it with two other
fields, "Hardware Trial Period" and "Usage Trial Period" (both will be in units of days)
-The customer should bot be billed the "Fixed Monthly Cost" before the end of the "Hardware Trial Period"
-The customer should not be billed for any variable usage before the "Usage Trial Period" expires
-This will also need to be updated in the "Billing Profile" page

4) Unbilled Usage
-On the "Unbilled Usage" page, we should see any usage that has not yet been billed.
