Polish Deployed App’s Visual Design

My React + Tailwind application is already live and functionally stable, but its look and feel still feels a step behind the experience I want users to have. I built the current version myself—solid HTML, CSS, JavaScript and component logic—but I’d like a designer-minded front-end developer to give the interface a modern, visually consistent refresh without touching the underlying functionality.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Refine the overall visual language—colour palette, typography, spacing and micro-animations—so every screen feels cohesive and contemporary.
• Update existing React components (Tailwind utility classes included) rather than rewriting them, keeping the current responsive breakpoints intact.
• Supply reusable style guidelines or a small design system so future features inherit the same polished look.
• Deliver the updated code via Git with clear commit messages; I’ll handle the deployment once merged.
