Page New Skin light and dark mode

Currently I have a project to change skin, the project is full done ( HTML and CSS ) with the current skin, but I would like to have more one skin with option dark and light.
It is a page with a calendar with two options of view, week and month, and list all tasks by day in two ways of view. I do not acept bad pratices and the code will be reviewed
In the new skin with dark and light I also need a new way of view, it is day ( list tasks by day also, not only week and month ).
I have the design and type of components to use in the new skin, and I would like to do a checkpoint to possible changes. It is important to know how to build a webapp and also know html for estrutural skin changes.
So resuming:
1 . New skin with light and dark mode
2 . Checkpoint and review ( payment for the first checkpoint )
3. Possible asking for adjustments
4. Final Delivery, final payment
