PHP MySQL Institute Management System

I’m looking for a developer who can create a complete, production-ready Institute Management System for Kernel Computer Education Association (KCEA). It must be built in core PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap with a clean, responsive UI.

Core modules
• Admin Panel – add/edit centres, manage courses, exams, results, certificates, and run permission-based reports.
• Super Admin – top-level oversight with full data access and the ability to manage Admin accounts.
• Centre Login – each centre can add students and view only its own data.
• Student Portal – self-service registration with photo upload and secure session handling.
• Course, Exam & Result Management – create courses, schedule exams, record marks, publish results.
• Certificate Generation & Online Verification – auto-generate printable certificates and provide a public verification page.
• Reporting – printable reports, graphical dashboards, and one-click export to Excel.

Security & tech stack
• Email-and-password authentication, hashed and salted.
• Robust session management, role permissions, and input sanitation.
• Developed in core PHP (no frameworks), MySQL, and Bootstrap for full responsiveness.
