I need a fully-functional online store for electronics built with core PHP, MySQL, HTML, and CSS. The public-facing side must feel modern and clean, load quickly on mobile, and guide shoppers smoothly from browsing to checkout.

Key features I expect on launch include:
• MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money integrated as payment gateways, tested end-to-end in both sandbox and live modes.
• A robust cart system that lets visitors add, remove, and update items without page reloads.
• Simple registration and secure login with encrypted passwords and session handling.
• A responsive catalogue that lets shoppers filter, search, and view product details with multiple images and specs.

For administration I want a single, password-protected dashboard that allows me to:
• Add, edit, or remove products (images, price, stock, description).
• View sales reports with date ranges, totals, and export to CSV.
• Manage users—activate, deactivate, or reset passwords as needed.
