Freelance PHP Developer Needed (WordPress + CodeIgniter + HMS Portal)

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack PHP Developer to work on an existing healthcare website and backend system.

Work Includes:
Website backend improvements using PHP / WordPress
Patient data module setup and management
HMS (Hospital Management System) portal enhancements and maintenance
Center/location page creation and dynamic management
Admin panel improvements for easy data updates
Excel/CSV import & export functionality
Bug fixing, optimization, and performance improvements
Security and database handling
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of PHP & MySQL
Experience in CodeIgniter framework
WordPress customization experience
HMS / healthcare portal development experience
Admin dashboard and CRUD system development
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Preferred Experience:
Hospital Management System (HMS) or similar healthcare portals
CRM / ERP / data-heavy applications
Dynamic listing and reporting systems
