Original designs in static html/css under bootstrap

Hello,
We are a company located in Romania, and constantly need new designs for several projects.
We are looking for new skilled talents, in design and front-end dev, to create and deliver full static pages, in html/css, using bootstrap. (No CMS, no PHP)
We offer at last 2000€/month for 4 websites of 6 very SIMPLE pages/month. (More complicated websites = more money, when it happens, we discuss).
Design must be original (no theme based) and code must be clean and bug free.
To test your skills, your very first project would be to redesign the landing page of a simple website, delived in html. We won't use your job for our customers, it's just for evaluating. For this, we will pay you 100€.
You can use Figma, Photoshop or directly code your page in html, it's your choice. Only the result counts.
If your testing job is as expected, real recurring projects will come just after... It's an endless partnership, and we won't let you down !
