One page html for admin

WE NEED HTML AND CSS WORK ONLY.

Colors will be white, black and blue(#696cff). We don't existing templates. We need this done using bootstrap 5.3
Need one page Html for admin to show following
1. Show count for total active article, total rejected articles, total in active articles, and total pending for approval articles. each one should have its icon.
2. Show list of articles with below columns
(a) title - it should be multi line
(b) Status
(c) Publish date
(d) Submission date
(e) Action column to perform varous activies like reject, edit, delete, open article
(f) Pagination option with message saying showing this to this out of total records
3. Search option using title, description, username, email, Article status,
4. Left Nav
