One-Page WordPress Image Template

I need a clean, modern-looking one-page WordPress template built almost entirely from images. Think minimalist layout: a slim logo at the very top, full-width hero imagery, and a neat footer. I will supply the product photos; please structure the theme so swapping them later is as simple as replacing files in the media library.

Header
• A small logo sits alone at the top. There’s no preset size, so I’d like your recommendation on optimal pixel dimensions for sharp rendering on desktop and mobile.

Body
• The page itself is purely visual—no long copy, just the product images arranged in a way that keeps load times quick and maintains the modern, minimal aesthetic.

Footer
• A single editable line must read: “Company A is exclusively distributed in Australia by Company B.” I need to be able to change that sentence myself inside the WordPress editor, so treat it as normal text, not an image.

Timed pop-up
After about five seconds, a premium-styled modal should appear. It must contain editable blocks for:
(a) ROOF TOP TENTS · CANOPIES · CARAVANS
(b) a phone number field
(c) the line “Company A is now available in Australia”
(d) a prominent “Enquire Now” button that links to a contact form or mailto (whichever is quicker to wire up).
Please make all these fields editable from the WordPress dashboard so I can update text or links without touching code.

Technical notes
• The template must be fully responsive and look as good on phones as on widescreens.
• Keep code lightweight—Vanilla JS or a lean pop-up plugin is fine, but avoid bloat.
• When you deliver, include brief instructions showing where to change images, footer text, and pop-up content.
