Nextra Next.js Development Needed

We need 4 pages created in a custom nextra theme (from existing html page designs). Those 4 pages all share the same header and footer and layout. We then need another layout for a docs section, along the same lines of what nexta uses for their docs (list on the left, content in the middle, on this page on the right).
