Need a website designed similar to the one provided in description (HTML5 / Bulma CSS / jQuery)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a website designed similar to that of https://fourthacademy.com/home. Please use bulma css framework and jquery for UI elements.
The top menu will be "sticky" as you scroll to the bottom just like in this example site linked here.
Using jQuery UI the "course-detail" section will us jquery tabbing, to display this information, with the the Curriculum using jquery accordion (as seen in below url)

Please include various subtle differences from this design that make it somewhat unique, but keeping the overall concept.
- admissions form will be laid out the same
- Consultation page only needs titles and the body will be done by me
- please include dark mode
- must comply with The W3C Markup Validation Service
This should be responsive but when in mobile view do not put the hamburger menu near the signup button this needs to be re-worked so that the signup button doesn't interfere with pressing the mobile menu.
