I am looking for a skilled developer who can create a custom-sized parallax hero section for my website. The section should have a parallax animation effect with images fading in and out. I don't want to use any text in it, I just have 400 images that if put together create an animation which I'd like to use parallax function to run through those 400 images as you scroll down or up.
