Need an Expert Web Developer for website (HTML/CSS + Hosting Setup)

We are looking for an experienced web developer to complete and professionally set up our academic services website.

The website has already been designed and around 22 HTML/CSS pages are prepared. We now need a skilled developer who can properly organize, optimize, connect, and deploy the website on our hosting.

Scope of Work
Organize and optimize all existing HTML/CSS pages
Fix navigation & linking between all pages
Make the website fully responsive (mobile/tablet/desktop)
Upload and configure website on Bluehost hosting
Connect domain properly
Optimize loading speed & performance
Fix file naming/structure issues
Ensure clean UI/UX consistency across all pages
Add proper header/footer linking
Configure contact forms
Integrate social media links
Basic SEO setup (meta titles, descriptions, image optimization, sitemap)
Ensure all pages work correctly without broken links
Minor design improvements/adjustments may also be required on some pages for better UI/UX consistency

Requirements
Strong experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Experience with Bluehost hosting & domain setup
Good UI/UX understanding
Ability to communicate clearly
Must deliver clean and organized files
