NAVBAR (responsive)

I need a responsive navbar based on my requirements that will be provided if you bid and I find your experience worthwhile. CSS formatting must be simple that can be altered / changed to make additional changes. Separate files for CSS/JS. I need to incorporate changes to my project. Payment will be made only after 1-2 days after code is understood and you provide additional information to customize on my end.
