Monthly WordPress Content Maintenance

Each month I need five existing WordPress sites kept fresh, accurate, and technically sound. All sites are already live; the work is strictly ongoing upkeep and content management.

Scope of work
• Upload new images across all pages while keeping each file aligned with the dimensions already in place—no extra compression or resizing unless the current layout demands it.
• Add written content as supplied. This may be a mix of blog posts, product descriptions, service details, and other text snippets.
• Populate the events calendar with the latest dates, images, and copy.
• Insert new customer reviews so the testimonial sections stay up to date.
• Run core, theme, and plugin updates, verify that nothing breaks, and roll back or patch if something does.

Acceptance criteria
– All new assets are visible and correctly formatted on the live sites.
– Page speed or layout must not degrade after uploads.
– WordPress core, theme, and plugins show as fully updated with no security notices.
– Provide the status of updates on what was added/updated

I provide the content in a shared folder, Microsoft Teams, etc at the start or mid-month and expect the job to be closed out within five business days.

NOTE:
- With or without any updates/additions, payment will be made regardless.
- Termination of the contract will be at will
