Modify and fix my bootstrap 5 theme

I just purchased a bootstrap 5 theme for my laravel app and are looking to use it on my customer portal, I need to fix bugs on the css side and modify the webpack config file. on mobile devices if I tap on the text on the multi-level menu item it does respond, I have to tap on the sides of the text to make it respond, need more space in my footer to add long text, the webpack file needs to be cleaned up and remove libraries that I am not going to use and make it more simple for me to make remove libs and make app.js and app.css smaller in size, please make sure to include the result of one plus two in your proposal and to have experience with laravel, css, sass, js and building complex themes.
