Modern Five-Page WordPress Website

I need a five-page WordPress site ready to go live within a week. The overall look should feel modern and clean, and I’m open to your recommendations on a theme or template that will keep future edits simple.

Pages & core functionality
• Home – I’ll supply the text, photo and logo.
• About – I'll supply text and photo.
• Why You Should Be Concerned – I'll supply text, a few short video clips or links and a line chart summariszing the data I provide.
• Data Table – visitors must be able to sort every column of an uploaded .xlsx or .csv file and perform quick look-ups. I’ll be updating the file periodically, so the back-end process for replacing it needs to be straightforward.
• Contact – standard form plus an address field that triggers an automated email to the visitor’s elected representative; the logic for matching address to representative has to run invisibly in the background.

What I’ll consider “done”
– Responsive layout that holds its style on desktop, tablet and mobile.
– Clean URL structure and basic on-page SEO in place.
– Easy-to-find admin area instructions for swapping out the table file and adding new content later.
– Tested contact workflow: one email to us, one to the correct representative, with confirmation to the visitor.

Provide theme suggestions, any required plugins (table management, chart display, contact/address lookup, etc.) and your proposed schedule so we can hit the one-week deadline.
