The chosen professional should have a portfolio showcasing their ability to design and develop modern UIs. It would immensely benefit the project if you're not only proficient in Bootstrap, but also have a keen sense for aesthetics and functionality.
We need few hours daily: rate would be Rs. 200-300/hr
