Mobile first landing page in webflow or wordpress (not only "responsive")

We need a mobile first landing page developed in webflow or wordpress (a little bit of coding will be needed), we already have the design and all the elements. The design it's a little bit different between the desktop and the mobile version. The objective is to have a final landing page that we can update (copys, even delete or add modules).
