Mobile Website Optimization & Restructure

My website needs a mobile makeover. While the desktop version is solid, the mobile layout is suffering from some issues that need to be addressed.

Issues:
- Layout Problems: The mobile version isn't displaying correctly.
- Scaling Issues: Some images and elements are not scaling as they should.

Optimizations Required:
- Navigation Menu: The mobile navigation is clunky and needs to be streamlined.
- Button Sizes and Placement: Some buttons are not sized or placed correctly for mobile use.

Additionally, I need the navigation menu to be collapsible on mobile devices.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in responsive design principles.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and mobile web optimization techniques.
- Experience in enhancing user experience across devices.

If you can fine-tune my mobile website to be fully functional and visually appealing, I would love to hear from you!
