Mobile Optimization of HTML/CSS/JS Website

I have HTML, CSS & Javascript files for my website. There are 5 HTML files, 1 CSS file and 1 Javascript file. Need someone to optimize the code for mobile devices as it only works for laptops and PCs right now.

The entire website needs attention for mobile optimization, including:
- Navigation menus
- Images and media
- Text and content layout

I want the website to be optimized for all common mobile sizes.

There are existing issues that need to be addressed:

- Elements overlapping or misaligning
- Content being too small or too large
- Interactive elements being hard to use

Ideal skills for the job include:
