Mobile Layout & Scroll Enhancement

I'm seeking a skilled developer to enhance the layout and rectify some scroll issues specifically for mobile vision on my site.
Before all please check my github repo and attached video.
I need your help urgently.

You will send video of fixed version and then I will pay you $100.
You need to make a pull request for complete this task, I will release other $50.
So total budget of this project is $150.
Timeline is 4 days.

This is not simple project.

Key tasks include:
- Implementing specific effects for scrolling down and up.
- Improving the spacing between elements for better content alignment.
- Integrating parallax scrolling and smooth scrolling effects.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in mobile web development.
- Proficiency in designing navigation menus, content alignment and footer sections.
- A strong understanding of scroll effects, particularly parallax and smooth scrolling.

Please provide examples of previous mobile layout enhancements and scroll effect implementations you've conducted.
