Minimalist React.js Website

I’m putting together a small, fully-responsive website in React.js and want it executed with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. The site will have four core pages—Home, About, Services and Contact—wired up with smooth navigation and lightning-fast load times.
I don’t have fixed brand colours yet, so you’re free to suggest a palette that fits a minimalist look and reads well on both light and dark devices. Whether you prefer Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is up to you; what matters is that the final UI feels modern, uncluttered and scales perfectly from mobile through desktop.
Key things I’ll be reviewing:
• React component structure that’s easy to maintain
• Clear routing between the four pages
• Fully responsive layouts and media queries
• Optimised assets and code-splitting for speed
• A working Contact form (simple email send is fine)
Please deliver the complete React project folder ready to run with a single install/build command and include brief setup instructions. Once live, I’ll test the site on mobile, tablet and desktop to confirm layout integrity, navigation flow and performance.
