Menu not coming in carlist.jsp

We have been unable to get the menu to come back on https://profitsharingprojects.com/carlist. Assistance is in finding this is greatly appreciated.

Additional stylesheet files:
..Java1\src\main\webapp\res\css\style.css - I think we should have less inline css and most css should be here instead.
