Megamenu to launch lightboxes

I would like the mega menu links to launch a Lightbox the same way they are launched from the map interface.
There are two links set up in the menu right now, both in Africa. One is in Namibia, called Etosha, which launches a smartslider3 slideshow. The other is in Uganda, called Watoto Primary School, which launches a YouTube video. These are the only type of media I have on the site.
I would like these 2 to work just like in the map when you click on a purple dot and set up so I can add the links to all the other slideshows and videos on the site.
