Make email template from html file.

I have html file and design (png , figma).

But the html file and css were broken in email view.(The css style is inline css.)
So, fix them, Or you can make NEW email template with my design.

1.Fix html file for email view.
2.Make email template with my design.
Write "I choose option X" on top of header to start bid.
