Make My HTML Web Template Responsive for All Devices

Hi,
I have built an HTML eCommerce Template with about 10 pages.
I need a web designer who will just do responsive.
My HTML template's header/ Nav Menu bar is not responsive and some sections are also not responsive.
I will send you my html zip file.
I need:
1. Hamburger responsive menu for Small device(Mobile,Tab)
2. On Index.html file/Homepage maximum sections are now responsive. You will do it responsive.
3. You will use responsive menu for all pages.
4. You will check my other pages, If other pages are not responsive then you will make it responsive.
Payment after successfully done my work.
