Make a 100% CSS 2 tier hamburger menu for a page & some table buttons - URGENT

I have a web page that I need a 100% CSS Hamburger menu on. It must be 2 tier dropdown. NO JAVASCRIPT, or JQ. It must be CSS ONLY! It should NOT be a navbar. But, the 3 line hamburger icon on the top left of the page, when clicked it opens the menu up.
Important: You will NOT be able to make changes to the HTML page to make this menu. The changes must all be in the CSS file.
Also, I need some CSS buttons put in a table (9).
A few minor color changes to the background of the page.
I'll pay $20 for the work. It must be started tonight and finished within 3 days.
