Mailjet Email Design Development

We have a JPG design for a responsive email template that we would like to be developed into an HTML/CSS design that is cross browser and email client tested for compatibility. The design is being finalised but the attached image is an initial mock up of what we are expecting.

The emails will be sent via Mailjet.
