Mailchimp Expert Needed to Create Custom Sign Up Forms

I am looking for an individual with expertise using MailChimp to help me create 5 custom sign-up (subscriber) forms that can be implemented into my website. The nature of the work would be as follows: (1) Based on my instructions, helps me create 5 sign-up forms for segmented groups; (2) create "tags" for each of the forms/pop-ups, so I can identify subscribers content preferences later on; (3) help me implement a small sample of custom codes from MailChimp onto my website, so they'll appear in the right pieces of content. The ideal candidate should be a clear communicator who can help me understand and implement these tasks. This project may lead to a bigger project afterwards as part of a general email marketing strategy.
