MCAT Quiz Environment Design on Moodle

I'm seeking a skilled designer to work with our Moodle instance using HTML5 and CSS3. The goal is to make our Quiz activity emulate the MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) computer-based standardized examination environment.

Key Requirements:
- Emulate MCAT question navigation and layout
- Use of our detailed design guidelines/mockups
- No interactive question elements required; static questions only
