Looking for a guy who is proficient in Ruby on Rails

This job requires the basic AWS management skills
I am not looking for Dev ops. I am looking for a guy who can update the latest Ruby website on the AWS server.

1. I do need to maintain the database as it is important for historical records. (Database backup)
2. Probably, you can create a subdomain. and can update the website on it.
3. After the fresh version is installed, you can update the customized code to the subdomain. (If a fresh install is done, the cosmetic edits would have to be redone. They are not that much. If the merge is easier, then that should preserve everything. But that merge might be tougher.)
4. If all works well. you can migrate the site with the live database to the live domain
