Looking for a Quasar Layout Expert

I need a person that is an expert using Quasar. I have an application that show too many scroll bars. My mainLayout page has a toolbar and a footer and I want that to show full screen but then it injects from the menu a page that has multiple tabs that also inject different pages. Each time a page is injected another scrollbar shows up on the right hand side. I want a cleaner interface and only have a scroll bar inside a div or q-page when needed
