Looking to build standalone HTML/CSS/JS photo annotation tool with following functions
-> Free drawing mode ( pencil/brush) with thickness control and color options
-> Text mode ( add simple text comment on images, no font control, text size control)
-> Upload image on existing image layer ( upload image with ability to control transparency, and resizable on the editor)
-> Delete layers
-> Save file as blob in a temp folder after user click save
