Legacy bootstrap website update

I'm seeking a skilled web developer to update my legacy Bootstrap V3 website to the latest version (V5). The overall design and layout should remain unchanged. Additionally, there are some outdated scripts and plugins that need to be replaced or updated.
Requirements:
- Update the website to Bootstrap V5 without disrupting the existing design
- Replace or update outdated scripts including jQuery, Font Awesome, Flexslider, Modernizr, Move-Top, OwlCarousel, ResponsiveSlides, Swipebox, etc.
- Improve the loading performance and visual stability to enhance Core Web Vitals score
- The updated website should be responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes
- Must be able to reach 90+ score at Google Page Insights.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML and javascript.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization
- Experience in responsive web design without using CMS.
