Layered nav and speed fix M2

1. fix layered navigation on desktop and mobile site (double block shows on desktop and mobile not showing attributes - check screenshots)
2. Speed performance for mobile site. Now we get around 37/100 and we would like to achive the score of 80/100 on google speed test)
Site is on a virtual server.
We can provide a guide from "thinkwithgoogle" to achive betetr performance.
