Kolkata Corporate Site Coding & Design

I have a series of corporate web projects that need both solid coding and clean, modern design. All work will be handled on a project-by-project basis, and I’d like to collaborate with someone who is physically in Kolkata so we can meet when specifications get complex.

Scope of the current brief
The immediate task is to build a corporate website that doubles as an internal website for staff. That means you’ll create the public-facing pages as well as a secure, employee-only area. I’ll supply the brand guidelines and core content; you’ll translate those into a responsive UI, code the functionality, and hand over a complete, ready-to-deploy package.

Key requirements
• Both disciplines: front-end design (UI/UX, responsive layouts, typography, colour) and back-end coding (authentication, data handling, CMS integration if needed).
• A polished corporate feel that reflects our brand tone.
• Internal website section with login, role-based access, and a simple dashboard.
• Clean, well-commented code that I can hand to any developer for future maintenance.
• Ability to meet in Kolkata for quick reviews or troubleshooting when required.

Deliverables
1. High-fidelity design mock-ups for sign-off.
2. Fully coded, responsive site (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, plus PHP or a framework you’re comfortable with).
3. Source files, asset library, and a concise README explaining setup and deployment.

Acceptance criteria
• Pages render correctly on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
• No console errors; Lighthouse performance above 85.
• Internal area accessible only after authentication and protected against common OWASP vulnerabilities.
• Final hand-off passes my in-house QA review without critical issues.
