Junior React/Next.js Developer Needed

We are seeking a junior or mid-level React developer with experience in Next.js and Tailwind CSS to support the ongoing development of our admin panel for an active eCommerce project.
You will work on small, focused tasks such as building UI components, integrating APIs, handling form submissions, and writing clean, well-commented code. You will be guided and reviewed by a technical manager, making this a great opportunity to grow while contributing to real work.

Responsibilities:
Build and improve components using React (Next.js)
Handle routing and API integrations (POST/GET requests)
Write controlled forms with basic validation
Use Tailwind CSS for responsive UI
Follow GitHub workflow (commits, branches, pull requests)
Comment code clearly (logic, API interaction, component purpose)
Communicate remotely and provide regular progress updates

Requirements:
Solid understanding of React and Next.js
Comfortable using fetch or axios for APIs
Familiar with React Router / Next.js routing
Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub workflow
Experience with Tailwind CSS
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Willingness to use Freelancer.com’s time tracking with screenshots

Preferred (Bonus):
Experience with Ruby on Rails or PostgreSQL
Background in Microverse or similar remote full-stack training

Contract Details:
Hourly
Maximum 5 hours per week (may be less if tasks complete early)
Immediate start preferred
Trial task (2–3 hours) to evaluate fit
Rate open to proposals
Remote work
