I am looking for a freelancer who can convert a JPG file into a fully responsive bootstrap, html, and css website within a turnaround time of less than 1 week.
Specific design elements that need to be included in the conversion have been provided, and it is crucial that the final design is fully responsive.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include proficiency in bootstrap, html, and css, as well as a strong eye for detail and the ability to accurately translate a design from a JPG file into a functional website.
