Purpose of site: Business/consulting website and will also display a few courses users can sign up to and on some pages they should be able to download a PDF which will ask for their email first.
• WooCommerce/Shop: Need a page (or pages) where users can purchase and download PDF resources. (This is already part of the theme)
• All demo content needs to be added as seen in the above example
• Will need to connect it to our Elementor Pro account
• Make sure its responsive (mobile friendly)
• LMS: We may look at connecting it to an LMS in future and would like your advice for this.

• Create a sticky sidebar menu which we can customise for a few different pages. (see attached image)

(We could use some box shadow/border style to make it fit in nicely with the rest of the design)
• Lead generation forms to capture applicants which can be customised for a few different pages.

Example: for a course page, how do potential users apply? Form could be a dropdown, popup or new page.
• Sticky fixed header. Example: https://brainstation.io/course/online/user-experience-design (see attached image)
(Sticky submenu which turns into a header as you scroll down (on specific pages))

• Need to be able to change background hero image on pages. Some pages may display a static image, or a background video or the default content which comes with the theme
