Icon animations on mouse over and link to url on mouse click

I am looking for a freelancer who can create mouse over animation to icons. The icons will be clickable and should link to specific URLs. I do not require the animation to be responsive across devices. Lottie or html5 animations. There will be 6 icons those icons are already done and have the stills of the animation stages.
