Help with html

I am building my own website. At the moment, I have 10 pages of html. CSS (including bootstrap), js, my own images are already done. I need some (fewer than 30 details).
- Page 1: index.html. I need you to look at the head to see if I miss anything important. Then, during the process, pls do critique on the overuse of <div></div> and how to reduce the number of theirs. Also, get rid of <br> by writing a class with padding. All the changes in the index page will apply to other pages.
- Page 2: signup.html
- Page 3: signin.html
- Page 4: read1.html
- Page 5: read2.html
- Page 6: write1.html
- Page 7: write2.html
- Page 8: write3.html
- Page9: company.html
- Page 10: consumer.html
You will see 10 png files attached with fewer than 30 details need to be added or changed on those png files.
You do not need to know React.
All you need is some basic strong CSS. I will provide you all html, css, images, js files.

I'll start writing the backend using Java and Spring Boot and mySQL. After one month, I will have the full requirement for the frontend. There will be many more pages of html needed.

If you know React and know how to integrate React (indirectly) with Java/SpringBoot/ThymeLeaf/mySQL, it would be great later. For now, I need need someone to help finishing the first 10 html pages.
