Help with completing a reactjs application

I have a project in react that I have started, however I need help to do a few things, namely beautify the website(adding a dashboard, fixing the form screens) fix a few issues and implement some features (such as sending emails). I have a git which I can share. Would like to discuss and we can adjust price if necessary.
