I am in need of a freelancer who can design and develop an HTML/CSS website for my project, "Harry". The website will consist of multiple pages, including the homepage. I am open to suggestions for the color scheme and design style, but I do have some specific requirements that will need to be met.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
