UI To HTML (single page & mobile only)

Im looking for a freelancer who can convert a UI to HTML page.
About the project:
Its a single page mobile menu for a restaurant.
We will only need mobile responsive page, no desktop or tab required.
UI will be given by us, we use Figma for UI and Prototyping.
All assets will be provided.
The timeline is narrow, will need it today.
Freelancer rquirement:
Should be proficent with HTML/CSS and Javascript
Will share the design through Figma link.
