HTML / Web Developer for Responsive Table

I have project developed in CI and it has data table. The responsive is showing the table with scroll bar. Check attached image. I want to know if that can be responsive and can fit to screen by breaking it. Uploaded 3 images. Desktop View (Screenshot) Mobile View How I want (howiwant). Please let me know if its possible to achieve, how I want without doing extra coding and doing some changes in responsive. Share details of time and cost for the same. Need detailed explanation of the project. Generic proposal would not be accepted. Thank you
