2 HTML Pages using Bootstrap (responsive)

I need a responsive product landing page and checkout page designed using Bootstrap. Finished product must include html pages and supporting files (css, javascript, images, etc). The checkout page does not need to function, just the html with form fields. I have the content of the landing page and an existing site I want the page to be similar to. I want some animation effects such as parallax scrolling and transitions when content appears (as scrolling).
