HTML/FIGMA TO REACT interface

I am looking for a skilled React developer with experience in converting HTML/FIGMA designs into a responsive and mobile-friendly interface. The project involves an advanced level of complexity, so I need someone with a strong understanding of React concepts and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in React and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.)
- Ability to convert design files (provided by me) into high-quality React components
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and the ability to create a mobile-friendly interface
- Strong attention to detail and ability to match the design specifications accurately
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working on similar projects involving HTML/FIGMA to React conversions
- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors, such as Sass or Less
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jest or Enzyme
