HTML Email Newsletter Template styling fix for different device/email software

I have a HTML Email Newsletter template that has some styling issues in different email software / devices (it's working as expected in desktop email software since they fully support CSS).
I'm looking for someone who can fix the styling of my template, check it in a multi email provider tool like litmus.com to make sure it works well in all devices / email software.
It's a pretty small template, shouldn't be too much work if you are experience in styling of HTML Email templates. (220 lines in php, in HTML after loop content maybe 400 lines)
I provide the HTML code, let you know the expected result for all versions and you can change the styling inline of the HTML and check it in a multi email provider tool to ensure it's correct everywhere.
